Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to support residents with daily living activities and medication administration. Roles include diverse shift schedules, with a sign-on bonus up to $500 for 24+ hours per week roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current, active CNA I certification for Maryland.
• Current, active Certification for Certified Medication Technician.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing medication administration to residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with attention to preferences and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech(CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. We are currently offering up to a $500 sign on bonus for CMT positions scheduled for 24+ hours per week.

Compensation

Compensation: Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current, active CNA I certification for the state f Maryland
• Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred
