Job summary

Fulton Manor Care Center is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Medication Tech (CMT) to join our team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs and assist with resident care and activities in a supportive environment.

The role requires a CMT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. We offer day shift 12-hour blocks, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 2 quarters, and opportunities for growth in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• CMT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
• Assist with resident care and activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Participate in resident care conferences and family meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
