Qualifications
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) per state requirements.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience with older adults.
- Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff in English.
- Caring, organized and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Assist with or administer medications per physician orders.
- Communicate clearly with residents and staff.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
- Support overall resident care and safety.
