Job summary

Noland Health Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide limited medication administration tasks and routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with MAR and care plans. MAC certification is required and a board-approved MAC education program must be completed.

Responsibilities include documenting on MAR/EMAR, verifying orders, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting changes in resident condition. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must complete board-approved Medication Assistant, Certified (MAC) education program and hold MAC certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited medication administration tasks as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Provide nursing care to residents including activities of daily living.
• Document appropriately on the MAR/EMAR.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
