Monarch Communities is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Med Tech on a per diem basis in New Jersey. The role involves providing quality care and assisting with medication administration per the care plan and physician orders.

Responsibilities include documenting medication administration, maintaining records, and ensuring resident comfort, privacy, and dignity. Must have CMA training, be able to work weekends/holidays, and hold a high school diploma with 6+ months senior-care experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete Medication Technician training and periodic competency testing.
• Able to administer medication in accordance with State Regulations.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and supervisors.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge a must.

Responsabilités

• Administer and assist with self-administration of prescribed medication and maintain related records under supervision.
• Complete required annual medication training.
• Provide resident care as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation per regulations.
• Protect resident comfort, privacy, and dignity during care.
