Responsibilities

Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and monitors residents’ responses.
Maintains residents’ records daily including medication distribution, activities, incidents, and changes in condition.
Provides direct resident care and supports the health care team in accordance with the service plan.
Ensures the medicine supply room is clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
Documents all care activities timely and reports changes to the supervisor.
