• Provide medication administration, monitoring, and documentation for patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with vital sign checks, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Perform basic wound care, including dressing changes and baths
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including standing, sitting, and walking
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and medication administration
