Responsibilities

• Delivers routine daily oral, inhalation and topical medications to residents under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observes for adverse drug reactions and reports to the nurse.
• Records medication administration according to policies and procedures.
• Follows instructions on medication management.
• Observes residents and documents changes in condition.
