Qualifications

• Requires CMA certification and adherence to state regulations.

• Proficient reading, writing and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and timely following five rights.
• Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medication records and documentation.
• Assist nursing staff with routine care tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.
