Job summary

Required credentials include CMA certification, CNA certification, and completion of CMA and CNA courses. Minimum one year of related experience is needed; five years preferred. Excellent computer literacy and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School, CMA course (Medication Aide), CNA Course completion.
• Licensure: Current CMA certification (Medication Aide); Current CNA Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; preferred 5 years
• Skills: Computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and team orientation
• Transportation: Ability to ensure timely arrival and stable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, other teammates, and supervisor.
• Prepare and administer medications per physician orders and in accordance with regulations.
• Perform vital signs as assigned and document.
• Document resident conditions and needs in all EHRs.
• Maintain the resident's environment in a safe and tidy manner, including adherence to infection control practices.
