Village Creek Wellness and Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support nursing staff with daily med passes and resident care. The role reports to the charge nurse and requires accurate documentation and adherence to care protocols.

Under direct supervision, the CMA will follow charting guidelines, report changes in patient conditions, and participate in trainings to ensure high-quality resident care at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
