Stevens Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for part-time shifts. You will administer physician-ordered medications and document care following clinical guidelines, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include insulin and other medications, glucose testing, proper storage and disposal of meds, and clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Formación

• Georgia CNA and CMA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Administer physician-ordered medications (oral, topical, insulin, etc.).
• Document medication administration and/or declination in resident records.
• Perform finger-stick blood glucose testing per guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of medications.
• Provide routine patient care as needed (bathing, grooming, etc.).
