This role requires CMA certification and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to resident care. The position may involve varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide with state requirements met.
• Experience with medication administration and resident care.
• Ability to document accurately and communicate with the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for assigned residents.
• Assist with daily resident care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor resident comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director.
• Manage tasks within the shift.
