Dial Senior Living in Monument, CO seeks a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel to administer medications to residents and provide personal care services. You will ensure medications are given on time and documented per regulations, while supporting daily living activities with compassion.

The role emphasizes teamwork, resident safety, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing communication with the care team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate or state med pass certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with older adults and medication administration desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule per plan.
• Document medications administered and not given per policy.
• Monitor residents' health, safety and well-being.
• Record changes in residents’ status and vital signs.
• Respond to emergencies with first aid and arrange follow-up.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment and attend staff meetings.
