Job summary

Shifts available: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. You will administer medications, document outcomes, assist with daily living activities, and observe residents for changes, reporting promptly to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Valid CMA certification.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care environment.
- Ability to administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
- Strong observation and communication of resident status.
Responsibilities
- Administer, assist, and supervise administration of medications per physician orders.
- Document medications given, effectiveness, and any adverse effects; update charts.
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the care team.
