Job summary

Terwilliger Plaza in Portland seeks a Certified Medication Aide to provide direct care and medication administration for residents. You will assist with ADLs, vital signs, and carry out nursing instructions under supervision.

Required CMA certification, CPR/First Aid, and high school diploma. Experience with geriatric residents is preferred, with demonstrations of patience, teamwork, and compassion in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• CMA certification from State Board of Nursing is required.
• Experience with geriatric residents preferred.
• Strong ability to assist with ADLs and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Pass routine and PRN medications safely.
• Assist with daily resident care including ADLs and transfers.
• Maintain medication carts and rooms; assist with counts.
• Report medication discrepancies to Charge Nurse.
• Support CNA/Caregiver assignments and patient care.
