Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at our Kansas location. This full-time on-site role supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with day shifts and varying hours, including potential weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities include medication management, MAR documentation, daily living support, and safe transport of residents. A Kansas CMA license and high school diploma are required; CPR is preferred, and prior elderly-care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Kansas required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents in daily living activities and monitor health signs.
• Transport residents within the community to activities or meals.
• Respond to emergencies and safety concerns promptly.
