Job summary

Ponderosa Villa in Crawford, Nebraska is hiring a Certified Medication Aide for a full-time night shift. You will administer medications, document in eMAR, maintain carts, and monitor residents under physician orders and care plans.

We value empathy, clear communication, and teamwork. A CMA certification, CPR, and high school diploma are required; long-term care experience is a plus; on-site training and tuition reimbursement help you grow.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret basic scientific and technical information in English.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in spoken English.
• Perform basic math, including calculations with standard and weight measurements.
• Demonstrate empathy and strong customer service skills.
• Current CMA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed.
• Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations.

What we're looking for:
