EastOK Cottages in Colcord, OK is seeking a certified Medication Technician to provide direct resident care and administer medications under licensed supervision. You will help maintain quality of life in a home-like environment and support families and visitors.

This role requires HIPAA compliance, strong communication, and accurate documentation of meds and vital signs. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, following state and federal regulations and resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as Medication Technician in the current state.
• Able to adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and residents' rights.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration and vital signs.
• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain medication records and inventory.
• Follow resident care plans and report any changes promptly.
