Table Rock Post Acute in Medford, OR is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications and monitor residents under the supervision of the nursing team. The role requires CMA certification, CPR, and adherence to HIPAA while delivering patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

You will dispense medications, document accurately, monitor glucose and vitals, and assist with daily resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CMA program required.
• Knowledge of pharmacological terminology and safe medication administration.
• Ability to manage medications for many residents without dosage errors.

Responsabilités

• Dispenses and prepares oral medications per physician orders.
• Provides routine daily medications for stable residents.
• Documents medications accurately and on time.
• Performs capillary blood glucose checks.
• Monitors vital signs and reports adverse effects to nurse in charge.
• Turns oxygen on/off at prescribed flow rates.
• Counts controlled substances and maintains medication cart.
• Ensures timely attendance for shifts.
