Job summary
Dial Senior Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to administer medications to residents and provide personal care assistance daily. You will work closely with a compassionate team to support residents in a home-like environment.
Responsibilities include documenting med administration, monitoring residents’ well-being, and ensuring safety and privacy per regulations. Prior experience with older adults and a CMA certificate are preferred.
Qualifications
- Certified Medication Aide or state med pass certificate is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with older adults and in medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and at appropriate times.
- Document medications and changes according to regulations.
- Monitor health, safety and well-being of residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Attend staff meetings and in-services.
