Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents
• Provide daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records
• Communicate clearly with health care staff about urgent needs for the next shift
• Demonstrate the ability to manage tasks within the scheduled shift
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
