Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Johnston, RI is seeking compassionate Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment. The position offers full-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an hourly wage starting at $22, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include medication assistance, documentation, helping residents with daily living activities, and supporting dining services.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification required.
• Strong communication with residents and co-workers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and transfer residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend quality time with seniors and deliver direct personal care.
• Assist with dining services and escort residents to meals as needed.
