Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Georgia CN A and CMA credentials required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal, and rectal medications.
• Administer insulin, epinephrine, and B12 per physician direction.
• Administer medications via metered dose inhaler and perform finger-stick glucose testing.
• Document medication administration and any reactions in resident records.
• Store and dispose of medications properly and provide routine patient care as needed.
