Job summary

Apploi seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at San Antonio Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. You will work under the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate med passes, delivering high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include reporting changes, following charting guidelines, maintaining drug inventories, and participating in trainings. Current CMA certification and good English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
