• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Document all medication-related functions per regulation and community protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from pharmacy.
• Participate in the medication training program and demonstrate competency.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily activities and routine care, and remind medical appointments.
