Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current unencumbered Ohio CMA certification required.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience.

• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications (oral, inhalation, topical) under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe for adverse drug reactions and report to nurses.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records per facility procedures.
• Assist with ensuring safe patient environment and infection control.
• Attend care conferences and departmental meetings as scheduled.
