Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan. You will report changes to the clinical team and connect with residents and families in a compassionate, meaningful way.

Responsibilities include ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.
