Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) at Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie, IN. You will assist with administering prescribed medications under licensed supervision and support residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed supervision.
• Exercise the five rights of medication administration within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing staff.
