Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team at the Alamance County Detention Center. Work only 3 days per week with full-time benefits and a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as permitted by certification and facility protocols
• Accurately document medication administration records
• Observe patients and report concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with medication inventory and accountability procedures
• Support nurses and providers with daily healthcare operations
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
• Promote a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Rotating schedule: Week 1 – Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 – Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.
