OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Certified Medication Aide to administer prescribed medications and treatments in a licensed long-term care facility, under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include verifying resident identity, recording dosage and time, presenting meds, observing ingestion, and maintaining records. State certification is required; LTC experience is preferred. Monday through Friday schedule.

Formación

• Certified as required by state law.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms and records.
• Presents medication to residents and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures.
• Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.
