As a Medication Aide, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality care through medication administration, Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment, and providing education. Your skills and attention to detail are vital for resident comfort and safety.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
• Completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
• C.P.R. certification.

One year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
