As a Medication Aide, you are the frontline of the clinical team. Your work ensures our residents receive high-quality care by providing medications, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment, and ongoing education. Our residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety.

Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate
• Successful completion of Iowa-approved Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification

One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
