As a Medication Aide, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon. You will provide medications, perform Activities of Daily Living, observe changes in condition, ensure a safe environment, and maintain education. Our residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and C.P.R. certification.
• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
