Job summary

TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer daily medications to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will monitor residents, report changes, and record medication administration while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

The role requires CMA certification in good standing, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and current BLS/CPR if required by state.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification in good standing in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state).
• 2+ years CMA experience in a skilled nursing facility is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medication to residents per standards and regulations.
• Monitor residents, report changes, and document medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and accepted practice.

About The Role

As a Certified Medication Aide | CMA, you will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Your duties will include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.

Requirements

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
