As a Medication Aide, you will be a frontline member of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality care through medication administration, activities of daily living, observation, safety, and education. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are vital for resident comfort and safety.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certification
• Completion of Iowa-approved Medication Aide training
• C.P.R. certification

Preferred but not required: One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience. We are willing to invest in the right candidate.
