Job summary

Maple Manor Village is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our skilled nursing team on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). This PRN/on-call full-time role places you on the front line of resident care, ensuring timely medication administration, daily living activities, and safety in a supportive environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, an Iowa CNA certificate, completion of Iowa‑approved Medication Aide training, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
• CPR certification.
• One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Maple Manor Village by providing residents with the medications they need, performing activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep them comfortable and safe.

Eligibility Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
• C.P.R. certification.
• One year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
