Job summary

Heritage Villa seeks compassionate Certified Medication Aides to administer medications, assist residents, and work under licensed nurses. Available shifts: Days, Mids, Weekend Doubles, PRN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam.
• CMA certification active with CNA in Oklahoma.
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs resident care tasks ensuring safety and comfort.
• Records medications and treatments in the chart/system.
• Notifies licensed staff about residents' pain or changes.
• Responds to call lights and checks residents during shifts.
• Maintains safety and quality culture.
