Grandview Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our skilled nursing team. This on-call PRN and second shift/full-time role offers opportunities to grow within a supportive care environment.

You will ensure residents receive medications accurately while supporting daily living activities and wellness initiatives. We value dependable, compassionate caregivers with Iowa CNA certification and CPR.

Qualifications

• Must have Iowa CNA certificate and CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Medication Aide preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed, following orders and safety protocols.
• Observe and document changes in residents' conditions and report promptly.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living to support independence and comfort.
• Maintain a safe environment and contribute to ongoing staff education.
