Park View Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Medication Aides for PRN on-call shifts to support our residents with medications and daily living activities. You will play a frontline role in the Clinical Department, ensuring high standards of care and safety for residents.

Qualifications include Iowa CNA certification, Medication Aide training, CPR certification, and high school diploma. Prior CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferred but training investment may be available for the

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• Iowa Medication Aide training with CPR certification.
• 1 year CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents under supervision of clinical staff.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and observe condition changes.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care and observations.
• Support ongoing education and comply with facility policies.
