Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, seeks caring CNAs for part-time and per diem roles. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.25 per hour, plus shift differential, with a full benefits package. We provide medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401k with match, and onsite wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state.
• Current certification for Medication Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
