Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Part Time and Per Diem CNAs to support residents' daily living and well-being. You will help with activities of daily living, implement care plans, and provide companionship within a caring team.

Applicants should have NJ CNA certification, current Medication Administration certification as required, and CPR is preferred. Prior CNA and medication administration experience is desired. Generous benefits and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for New Jersey.
• Current Medication Administration certification per state requirements.
• 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with emphasis on comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs; administer medications as directed.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterAdministration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
