Job summary

Advena Living Group in Topeka, KS is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications, monitor residents, and document care. This role supports daily well-being and requires strong teamwork with nurses and CNAs.

You will contribute to a safe, caring environment while adhering to policy and scope of practice. The position emphasizes resident-centered care and ongoing collaboration on a supportive nursing team.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification or license.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to work with nursing staff and CNAs

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as authorized and in accordance with orders, policy, and scope of practice.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration accurately and on time.
• Support residents with care needs and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
