Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living community. You will administer prescribed medications, support resident care, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

In this role you’ll collaborate with the Healthcare Coordinator, document care activities, monitor residents, and communicate with families and providers. Must hold CMA certification and have at least 6 months of caregiving experience in a senior setting, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing is required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vital signs, lab collections, and follow-up communications with families and providers.

• Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
