Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living community. You will administer prescribed medications, support resident care, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.

In this role you will document medications, monitor resident conditions, and report changes to healthcare staff while assisting with daily living activities and mobility.

Qualifications

• CMA certification in good standing is required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and assisting resident mobility.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities
