Responsibilities

• Administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards, and may supervise CNAs as directed.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom travel and shower baths.
• Assist with activities of daily living by serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; record intake and output information.

Qualifications
