Priority Management is seeking a full-time Medication Aide for a Monday through Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift in Castroville, Texas. PRN opportunities are also available. You will administer prescribed medications, monitor residents, and report any changes to supervising nurses.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, state-approved Medication Aide training, and active certification/licensure. CPR may be required. Join a team focused on safe, HIPAA-compliant care.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-approved Medication Aide training program.
• Current Medication Aide certification/license (state dependent).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
• CPR certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients.
• Measure and record vital signs when required.
• Observe patients for reactions or side effects.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Maintain medication carts and supplies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities if needed.
• Report changes in patient condition to nurses or supervisors.
