Job summary

ExpressHealthcareStaffing seeks a Medical Assistant to support a Honolulu community health clinic. Start immediately, full-time hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves patient intake, assisting during exams, and supporting front desk operations.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited MA program, Hawaii MA certification, and CPR/BLS. Minimum 6 months MA experience and TB/Chest X-Ray clearance are required, with additional on-site duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Certification of completion of an accredited MA program.
• Current State of Hawaii MA certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent MA experience.
• Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify patient information and medical history.
• Assist during examinations and treatment.
• Assist the front office team, as needed.
• Perform testing and tasks ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG injections, audiograms, blood draws, etc.) and as certified.

New Grad: Up to $23/hr
