Job summary

Susquehanna seeks a full-time onsite Medical Assistant and Wellness Coordinator to support the Nurse Practitioner and lead wellness initiatives for ~1,800 onsite employees. The role balances clinical duties with HR coordination, located at the Bala Cynwyd HQ, 8:00–16:00, Monday–Friday.

You will work with the NP, HR, and Global Benefits teams to deliver wellness programs, maintain records, and drive efficiency in the Wellness Center operations.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent required.
• Active CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in a clinical or occupational health setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of EHR systems.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to multitask.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, HR, benefits and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist NP with patient intake, vitals, chart prep and rooming.
• Perform lab draws and vaccinations as prescribed by providers.
• Prepare rooms, maintain infection control, stock supplies.
• Support diagnostic testing, specimen handling and lab pickups.
• Manage Wellness Center scheduling and patient flow.
