Susquehanna International Group is seeking a full-time onsite Medical Assistant and Wellness Coordinator in Bala Cynwyd. You will support the Nurse Practitioner and help deliver high-quality care and wellness services to employees. Responsibilities include assisting with clinical workflows, managing the Wellness Center, and supporting employee health initiatives. The ideal candidate has relevant certifications, experience in clinical settings, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires onsite work five days a week.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent clinical certification required.
Active CPR/AED certification is needed.
Experience in a clinical or occupational health setting preferred.
Working knowledge of paper and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Ability to work onsite in Bala Cynwyd office five days a week.
Responsibilities
Assist NP with patient intake and clinical workflows.
Manage Wellness Center scheduling and patient flow.
Track participation and gather feedback on wellness events.
Support and deliver employee health initiatives.
Prepare exam rooms and maintain infection control standards.
